Arsenal came from behind to beat a Malaysia XI this afternoon.

An experimental side appeared wasteful in front of goal with Andre Santos guilty of twice spurning chances to give the visitors the lead.

But the Malaysian XI were keen to impress and took the lead before the break with a rasping long range effort by Muslim that left Vito Mannone with no chance.

With changes made during the break Arsenal came out looking to get back in the game but it took until the 87th minute for Thomas Eisfield to sweep home after Yennaris’ cut back.

Arsenal weren’t finished though and highly touted midfielder Chuks Aneke gave Arsenal the win when his shot deflected past the helpless keeper.
