The above image displays Drizzy Drake repping Toronto with his new ’416′ tattoo to add to the ever growing collection of ink he now has on his body.
However, more importantly Drake is planning to spend his Summer achieving one of his main goals, getting his hands on one accolade that is out of his reach… his high school diploma. While the Young Money rapper has topped the charts and sold out arenas he is still determined to complete his education.
In a recent interview with Toronto’s Now Magazine he stated: “That’s my main focus after OVO Fest. I only have one credit left, and I’m really excited about that.”
The Canadian superstar will headline the 3rd Annual OVO Fest in Toronto on Sunday with guests A$AP Rocky, 2 Chainz, and The Weeknd. In the past, the festival has featured surprise performances from the likes of Eminem, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, and Stevie Wonder.
Drizzy continued by saying:
“I don’t want people to just come for the surprise guests, but at the same time I do put in a lot of effort and take a lot of pride in the friends that I can call up to travel to our city,” he said. “I don’t really call on too many people for favors, but for this one night I do.”
I just hope Drizz isn’t too deep in his studies over the remainder of the summer as we are all itching for some new music!
