The rapper known for the most outrage tattoo in the world, is back in the news with a story more shocking than his choice of art work.
According to TMZ, Gucci pushed victim Diana Graham out of a moving Hummer after she refused to go back to the rapper’s hotel room! She wasn’t DTF so he kicked her to the curb… Literally!
Gucci plead guilty to the charges and ended up spending 6 months behind bars.
Graham then sued the 32 year old for damages including mental anguish, pain and emotional distress. A judge ruled in favour of Graham by default as the Lemonade rapper failed to appear in court!
He clearly didn’t care at all and had the money to just throw away, well maybe he should of sweetened the pot with Miss Graham and offered her a couple grand instead of throwing her out of a moving vehicle.
Eventually she was awarded $58,161.24 for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering.
